Items can be returned postmarked within 14 days for store credit or exchange in original condition with tags attached and receipt. No refunds.

• Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
• If order was SHIPPED FREE (over $120 value), a restocking fee for shipping and insurance fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return.
• We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our store
